Sadly, what choice do i have but to sell the car, likely take a loss, and never buy another Hyundai brand (which I’ve been happy for a decade with Hyundai) again bc I can’t stomach this total lack of service. And never buy again @LenStolerAuto
@Hyundai providing a disappointing update. Finally, 3 weeks later @LenStolerAuto Genesis called saying car ready. Called repeatedly to confirm was ready left msg no reply. Got to Len Stoler only to learn was not finished. Unacceptable service.
This level of service (or total lack thereof) is totally unacceptable, especially for a purported luxury brand. And, it’s really the only Genesis dealer near me who can service the car, so I don’t even have an option to bring it elsewhere.
