Further, the society is very dynamic and continuously evolving. It'll be a challenge for the AI to keep up. Thus, even an AI at best will also have implicit biases. There is no way out.

This is a complex issue. As AI will learn from user inputs too, and if an opposite stance is not taken into the program, it won't balance out, and the AI will mimic the real world - i.e. the biases and presumptions.
