My 77 year old father is unable to renew his health insurance policy due to negligence of @pndindia @careinsuranceIN. Senior citizens should not suffer because of administrative failures. Requesting immediate intervention and resolution. @IRDIAI_OFFICE .

@careinsuranceIN It's about to be 1 day. What are you trying to find out ? It's a simple renewal. Where u have to share a renewal link? Are you planning to stop this policy or something else? Or delaying unnecessarily?

@careinsuranceIN We have tried all the means. Called the support. Where we didn't get the update. Tried to renew from Application. Same struggle each year for a Senior citizen.
