Where should I send the dozens of emails I previously sent to the City of Tshwane regarding the unfair treatment, along with my tax receipts and the documents showing their refusal to disclose tax statements?

Could you please advise where I can send all the emails from municipal officials who either refused to respond properly or provided inadequate replies?

Even after my water supply was cut off, I continued to receive water bills.

I officially changed to a prepaid electricity system, but was wrongly fined for allegedly connecting electricity illegally.

I have repeatedly requested corrections, yet no proper action has been taken.
