I am appalled by the customer service from @ZARA @ZARA_Care I ordered clothes in December 2025 and I never received my parcel. After months and months of calling, email, FB messenger and Instagram DM, I have been refused a refund and most of the time from a BOT!!DO NOT SHOP HERE!
