for issuance of certificate. Finally I checked in one hour before the departure time and now my luggage is not delivered at vadodara stating that I have not checked jn early. I was at the Delhi airport T3 by 13:30 hrs and as the staff was not helpful my check-in got delayed.

@RailMinIndia sir, PNR is 4124569948. Train no. 22631. No water in the washrooms available in almost all the coaches. Also foul smell emanating from the toilets. No proper maintenance is observed. Its very horrible condition. Please do the needful ASAP.
