It depends. What size group and how many entrees? Each person and entree being served increases the the work load, thus the tip size. It gets increasingly difficult for the server for each additional factor, and it depends on how staffing is too. 120 is realistic for a party of four, for a 500 dollar dinner; considering entrees and refills. Now, however, if it was just one or two people and it was a bottle of wine that cost 400 out of the 500. No, you're not getting a 120 tip for a bottle of wine. There wouldn't be much work happening.
