@dstaples All I've seen is fans who pushed back on anyone who questioned his loyalty or commitment. And the Sens podcast I listened to said he cooled off on the team well before the Olympics (Coming in Hot). Imo, he wanted to be n5 on a team, not #1. It doesn't fit the vicitim narrative.
This is gonna sound green but: I loved every part of reporting this story.
There is much more to growing World Cup grass than I thought there was. And in a time of strained Canada-US relations, the pride that a local family farm took in growing grass for #CANMNT was palpable.
