Hart-Celler was 61 years ago, the H-1B program was set up 36 years ago, DACA was set up 14 years ago, and Birthright Citizenship has been in place through it all.

America physically cannot look like it did in the 90s or 80s or 70s without changing citizenship laws and allowing for mass denaturalizations and deportations of those who hate this country yet have a piece of paper proclaiming them to be an American.

Doing that requires far more political courage than simply rounding up +20 million illegals, which itself is already a herculean task.
