Day after day, @Sorare is screwing over its users when the World Cup should be one big celebration. It's not like they didn't have enough time to prepare for it.

I'm not sure if it's sheer incompetence or if they just don't give a fuck...

Had enough. @Sorare customer support is perhaps the worst I have ever experienced. Such a shame for what could have been an easy fix to spiral into what it’s become. A 40+ email thread and still going.

What it is, is *misleading marketing and commercial practises* under most European legal jurisdictions. There were never 1,248 players to collect. Then there were even less when injured players were dropped from packs.

Then they try to make the problem go away by manually awarding me incorrect collection missions. Then they make it impossible to complete the collections mission.

Embarrassed to say I got suckered into spending a significant chunk of cash on these Colors cards. Posting on here now in the hope this gets eyes on it to solve, and to hopefully warn others not to make the same mistakes.

This is not a new problem.
Try to browse the market when you select animated cards and you’ll see the difference.
