I ordered a similar priced bed 6 weeks ago and they cancelled my delivery without telling me so I have no bed! Apart from the cheapest loan one they could supply after 3 days of having none. And no one gets in touch not even their MD. shocking @BensonsForBeds

@BensonsForBeds - sorry but very very disappointed with the service! Ordered a £2000 bed, have waited 3weeks for it to turn up and have no headboard- will not know until Wednesday where it has gone! Dreadful customer service - want to know more?
