Deep breaths and one day or one hour at a time. I took care of my Mother, who had dementia, and yeah some days found me just sitting in my car so I could scream and have a righteous pity party. Then I’d go back in and smile at my Momma and tell her I loved her and she was safe. She passed last year. Kick life’s ass back!

I worked for my States IT department. We did a major system upgrade and hired HP who brought in an all Indian team. I never could figure out why they had to go to Canada when their papers needed updated? Or how they had SSN numbers, bought houses (how did they get mortgages when they were not permanent?). Most had brought their wives over and began having children but had no desire to assimilate. Our State hired some of them and the wives after the project completed, even though they still were not even trying to become Americans. I witnessed the American replacement in real-time..

@natbrunell @StateFarm State Farm dropped me after having to fix my roof. It was a battle to get them to fix it and once it was fixed, they cancelled my policy. Had to use a broker to find a new one! Was with SF for over 25 years and ZERO claims. They are greedy bastards!
