I’d have compared Bluethopia and Neche’s friendship to that of Dede and Mide, but I can’t even do that. I’m such a girl’s girl, and I loooove genuine female friendships so much, because I have that in real life 🥹❤️.

I loved my Demi girls and still do, even though the friendship didn’t work out for reasons we all saw play out, and that was okay! But Bluethopia and Neche’s friendship isn’t even like that lol. These ladies genuinely love each other so much, and even after Neche left, that hasn’t changed.

From the very first night, I remember how Bluethopia’s face lit up when Neche said she was a lawyer because her sister is a lawyer. Neche always calls Bluethopia her bestie and sees her like a little sister. So I’m always shocked when I come online and see the hate towards Bluethopia and some of the silly takes about Neche.

Bro, these two ladies have never even said one bad thing—not even mistakenly—about each other. So why??? 😭

Yes, Bluethopia has gotten close to other people, and that’s perfectly okay, she can’t stay in the house for four weeks and isolate herself. Also Neche has other friends, but please, you don’t have to lift one woman up by downgrading another. That’s not what Neche stands for. She’s such a sweet person, and it’s honestly disgusting seeing some of you weaponise her other friendships to drag Bluethopia.

And to some of Bluethopia’s fans who go under comments trying to prove the strength of their friendship: it’s totally unnecessary. At the end of the day, these two ladies cherish what they have, and my prayer is that they both have minds of their own and the wisdom to navigate this beautiful friendship.

And I genuinely doubt some of you have healthy female-female relationships in real life because why does every genuine friendship have to be “performative” to you?

Some of you are so bitter in real life and want to live vicariously through other people. SHAME!
