The #StateBarCA seeks public comment on Proposed Revised State Bar Rule 4.90 Regarding Testing Accommodations, which aims to clarify and streamline the existing procedures related to the scope of the Committee of Bar Examiners’ review. Public comment deadline is March 12:

In 2021 state bars still prohibit applicants from wearing headwear during an exam unless they fill out a petition seeking exemption on religious grounds. Applicants also have to subject themselves to "inspection" should they be suspected of cheating. @StateBarCA @CaSupremeCourt

If you had to deal with a broken MPT earlier, feel free (if you feel comfortable doing so) commenting in this thread. If the test was compromised by not functioning effectively, it seems to me that should be well known.

Seeing complaints about the MPT. Seems to me that the NCBE did not consider that the MPT in its previous format doesn't work well on the current online format. You can't just take an old test and place it onto a new format. Actually have to adapt the exam to the new format.
