Company is only giving unwanted reason to reject the claim.
The company is asking the DL of the owner of car not the DL of the driver who is driving the car??Is this any reason to stop claim.The owner Didn't even know how to drive a car so how he will have a DL.

I think company is trying to reject a simple genuine accident casee.i dont know why company is asking about the DL of Owner of the car not the driver person.
They should only ask DL of the driver who is driving the car.@jagograhakjago

I have done one mistake that to choose HDFC insurance for my Car. But my eyes are open now never ever i will choose HDFC for my 4 commercial vehicle also.
Its directly cheating with customers while giving claim

@HDFCERGOGIC Worst service my HDFC. While we are going to take claim then asking about to many unwanted paperss and when we show them after that also they are rejecting the claim. From last 2 month 1 amn facing the same issue . I have only last option left thats Consumer court.
