Where are you?
Haunting my dreams
like a sweet escape.
Holding me close by
but you are not here
by my side.
Every time it goes in,
the further you go—
Your face fading,
Like a faceless photograph.
Where am I?
I’m here alone in bed
#Dreaming.

Twist with this body
Like a knob turning forever.
Tongues intertwine—
Roughly like spiky ants
Biting through innocence.
The pain and the moment
Numbs all the senses—
In denial surrender.
Why am I here?
This is not me.
My life has changed.

She shimmers
In argent strands of sky
I reach for her
Telling her not to fall
She's unaware
Of the winding road
A path swollen with snakes
She is the one inside
The one who cuts heartache
She is I
A reminder to walk alone
Softly I close each door

In room full of people,
I feel alone.
I guess this is what drives me
to dance with words I can never say.
I’m floating—
With experiences I never felt.
The words become my friends.

I belong here balanced on stable ground. After all the challenges and trials in life, I promise you will find your safe space. I am #grateful to be in a better #mindset. Remember you are #blessed despite your imperfections and pains. #selfimprovement#TGIF2025#poem
Lying on fluffy overgrown grass,
Under a towering tree,
Looking into the endless blue sky,
Fresh breeze taking loose leaves for a ride
Birds chirping,
Curious squirrels in search for a snack,
Dark clouds approaching
The sun gradually tucked in for the day as rain begins pouring.
Most actors follow a script
Thinking they wrote it,
And that’s precisely what the writer wants.
Few actors know the truth
But do nothing about it,
They are the worst actors.
Even fewer actors improvise,
They are the ones who become writers.

‘Searching for truth’
Answers only lead to more questions.
Questions that shake you to the core.
Be ready to strip away the lies,
Lies that comforted you from birth.

Underworld
Undead animals in black suits,
Typing away before the dead.
The dead come into the dream
Of their loved ones,
Before they return to the sea.

When those stony
Soft bristles
Mute that soaked sunset
Tiny children return to whistles
Of pungent chalk and damp palms

I wrote this poem in my grandma’s house, to capture the feeling of being home. Because despite our wants, goals, and dreams: All of us want a place that we can call #home#poetrylovers#family#blessed#GratefulHeart#writer

5/7/5:
salty humid air
large Loulu palm frond shadows
slowly gently sway
short form:
salty humid air
swaying Loulu palm fronds
