Bards_of_Yore

Just some friends who like to hang out and play DnD. Join us, won't you?

@Marisha_Ray Content idea for being at home: a few friends of mine each had a Jenga tower, so we hopped on Discord and I ran a Dread game, each of them with their individual towers. I'd love to see the CritRole cast play a Dread game. Maybe ask our favorite mutton-chopped friend?

@matthewmercer Runechild: Can I choose to spend an action to charge a rune without using a sorc point, even if I have sorcery points left? RAW says I have to be out of sorc points, but if I have time to prepare before battle...

@LauraBaileyVO @samriegel @WillingBlam I missed my daughter's first Halloween AND 1 year old birthday (Oct 30) due to work. I will always regret that. Never forget how important family is, you guys. No matter what you tell yourself, family comes first. Glad to see your family doing well!

[Bards_of_Yore @Bards_of_Yore]

@matthewmercer Ah yes. Everything so far has been specifically to play DND with Colbert. Even the marriage. All planned for a higher purpose.

@matthewmercer That's right, Mercer. Your group is the pron of DnD. I went there.

[Bards_of_Yore @Bards_of_Yore]

@matthewmercer This is the only downfall of streaming DnD with voice actors and a DM with godlike storytelling talent. Sure, we love it, but--much like porn--people end up with some unrealistic expectations.

[Bards_of_Yore @Bards_of_Yore]

@Marisha_Ray @matthewmercer Any flak Ashley is receiving is coming from people who don't understand roleplaying a character. In other words, the crap she's getting means she did something right. Deja Vu, eh Marisha?

[Bards_of_Yore @Bards_of_Yore]

@Briggs6262 @matthewmercer @Wizards_DnD @jamesjhaeck @JamesIntrocaso @ChrisPerkinsDnD In Waterdeep, their currency is called "dragons" (see cover of book for visual). So this adventure is a literal gold heist.

[Bards_of_Yore @Bards_of_Yore]

@matthewmercer Messages like yours are often provoked because of an issue that arises either in your own life, or someone else's bad fortune. I hope everything is well with your family, and to whomever this tweet was meant for.
