The Sajad-led @JKPCOfficial in a statement describes 5 August 2019 as “historic betrayal” & a “brutal coup against the people of Jammu and Kashmir.”
Despite the fact that all Unionists seem to be rejecting the changes made on 5 August 2019, what stops them from uniting on this?
@zoo_bear A society is not strong that some people deadlift twice of their weight. It is strong when vulnerables are not left to carry everything alone.
@TahirPeerzada_ People here are aware enough to understand that IT cells and propaganda machinery also exist to defend the failures and evils of their political masters.wisdom is when to stop behaving daar dil of kashmirs'
Sold her jewellery. Waited for him years . Raised me and took care of me . Worked day nights as a slave never expected anything . Allah has bestowed women with such patience and vision that they can take care of the whole family & in return don't want anything.
@MalikTutorial@jkssbofficial Actual it is disaster for youtubers as this type of paper nudges them that your business is going to be closed and a sign for students to develop a cognitive and critical thinking rather than facts
My personal OPINION:
Is a certain ideological section within the Brahmin community, esp. Kashmiri Brahmin community, influencing narratives that deepen Hindu - Muslim division in India through media?
Who are the creators and promoters of films like The Kashmir Files and Dhurandhar?
Many of the visible voices associated with such narratives appear to come from the Brahmin/Kashmiri Brahmin community.
From Vivek Agnihotri to Aditya Dhar, and from Anupam Kher to Aditya Raj Kaul, to many influential RW youtubers and several individuals who are vocal in media spaces appear to be from this background - per publicly available information.
I acknowledge and regret what happened to Kashmiri Pandits in the past. That history is real.
In my view , Traditional Manuwadi sections generally engage not through direct conflict and violence, but through shaping narratives.
There appears to be visible ideological alignment with BJP and Modi, even if there is occasional criticism on issues like reservations.
In my view.. narratives around Hindu - Muslim tensions often become a central tool in this ecosystem. This can range from social media forwards to mainstream films.
These narratives are usually framed within larger contexts like India - Pakistan issues and terrorism but it is likely that they influence perceptions about Indian Muslims, because audience can be emotionally driven.
To be clear, this is my personal interpretation based on observations of media trends, and not a statement about every individual or the entire community.
I do not believe all Kashmiri Brahmins think or act the same way... For ex, Jawaharlal Nehru, who I am a big fan of, had a very different worldview shaped by global exposure and progressive ideas.
My concern is that if such narratives continue unchecked, they may contribute to long - term hostility between two of the largest religious communities in India.

While Kashmiris who actually suffered in those days are still silently struggling to come out of trauma, we have few self proclaimed flag bearers ( mostly well settled since generations in other places) who indulge in gaslighting. One can observe that even in casual alumini groups on whatsapp just one or two of these would be always incessantly attempting to ignite toxic H-M debates. It is also surprising that many of such aggressive vocal voices ( you named few) have their grand parents or great grand parents migrated generations back and well settled in different places for entirely different reasons.
