@SamaHoole There is sugar in salt. years ago when I interviewed the Morton salt company cause that’s where I had to go to get the TRUTH a manager at a salt plant told me yes we put sugar in the salt.

@SamaHoole Thank you, Sama, I’ve been carnivore now 13 years and I removed salt about seven years ago their sugar in it I know there is. I don’t need it. I get my minerals from or eating organ meats. And I want to stay in ketosis 24 seven.

@SBakerMD @BetterFedBeef If you don’t get with your local Butcher and have them leave the fat on. You won’t get it. All the commercial Meat you see in the store has got the fat trimmed off. A critical part of nutrition. When I eat the steak in this picture, I it all including the fat & butter of course
