On January 6, 2010, Boris Nikolic sent Jeffrey Epstein two emails in eight minutes.
The first, subject line "codons and viral replication," explained how recoding a virus's genome could weaken it into a vaccine. He attached the published science and a New York Times explainer.
Eight minutes later, the second email: subject line "follow up 3, codons." This one pivoted to the threat.
"During our discussion yesterday we briefly mentioned synthetic biology and viruses. During last few years some new great tools were generated, common repository of tools and sequences created, and common platform established, most of that without regulatory framework."
"It is question of time when the critical mass is reached and when something will go wrong."
"Nonetheless, with new tools, shared platforms and protocols, various sequences ready-to-order, perhaps some super smart undergraduate or graduate student with a lot of time, will design or create something much quicker than most of us expect."
He attached papers on the MIT Registry of Standard Biological Parts: standardized DNA sequences that can be ordered and assembled like Lego blocks. He linked to open-source platforms sharing protocols for biological engineering.
Together, the two emails form a single briefing: the same techniques that create vaccines can engineer enhanced pathogens. Nikolic was teaching Epstein both sides of the coin.
Eighteen months later, someone forwarded both of them an article about DRACO: a universal antiviral "miracle drug" from MIT's Lincoln Laboratory, tested against 15 viruses including H1N1, polio, and dengue.
This was not a one-off conversation. This was personalized education in dual-use synthetic virology, delivered to Epstein by the man managing Bill Gates' $1.5 billion strategic investment pool.
However exhausted you are from trying, I promise you this: if you don't give it your all, never find out what you could have become, and spend the rest of your life wondering, the resulting coping mechanisms will take a much greater toll on you than the work ever would.
Interesting find. IMO, to investigate the full extent of overlap between Diddy and Epstein, people should look into Brett Ratner, who is tied to the mob and who was Netanyahu's guest of honor at the UNGA a few years ago.
I first covered Ratner here, before his telling appearances in the Epstein files, and I'll have more out on him and his network soon: https://t.co/GIqLqUpgfv
@MisterArchiveYT A major test for whether a war is just is how many are willing to risk their lives or their family's lives to fight in them.
That's why European monarchs were expected to lead the charge. We've lost that - now have a class of warmongers who never fight - hence: constant war.
I am opposed to this War.
This is not “America First.”
When Congress reconvenes, I will work with @RepRoKhanna to force a Congressional vote on war with Iran.
The Constitution requires a vote, and your Representative needs to be on record as opposing or supporting this war.
Keeping track of Jeffrey Epstein's connections is like keeping track of octopus arms.
We may never know the full picture, but what if we analyze the files to find the U.S. government agency he had more documented overlap with than any other?
Starting at his NUMBER ONE connection outside of his immediate team was Boris Nikolic, Bill Gates' chief science advisor, the backup executor of Epstein's will.
Boris is referenced in 14,079 documents in the files across 2.77 million pages of federal evidence. More than Leon Black, who paid Epstein $158 million. More than Ghislaine Maxwell.
And Nikolic was Epstein's entry point to DARPA. Three of Epstein's top nine non-staff contacts have direct DARPA connections:
#1: Boris Nikolic. Gates' science advisor. Co-managed the Gates Foundation's $1.5 billion strategic investment pool. Briefed Epstein on dual-use synthetic virology. Told Epstein about a polio outbreak in Syria before it went public: "We get all of related news before they get public ;)"
#5: Joi Ito. Director of the MIT Media Lab. Advisor to DARPA's Biological Technologies Office, the division responsible for synthetic biology, biosecurity, and pandemic preparedness. Received $2M+ from Epstein.
#9: Tom Pritzker. Hyatt Hotels billionaire. Second independent conduit to DARPA Director Regina Dugan. Texted Epstein on January 10, 2012: "Shit. I'm seeing Darpa lady tonite."
The target of their joint campaign: Regina Dugan, sitting Director of DARPA. Epstein pursued her for months through both channels. His assistant's reminders read like an intelligence operation: "Reminder: Regina, DARPA."
He proposed introducing Dugan to the Israeli Defense Minister over a weekend visit.
Below the directors, the connections run throughout the DARPA ecosystem:
- Geoff Ling. Former DARPA director and Founder of the Biological Technologies Office. An Epstein associate described him: "he says he will do whatever or even help run, advise, etc." And: "both are welcome to our secret society." Ling was later named on a work plan for Gates' private office with deliverables for "STRAIN pandemic simulation" and "neurotechnologies as weapons in national intelligence and defense." That document was forwarded to Epstein.
- Nathan Wolfe. Member of DARPA's Defense Science Research Council. Conducted research under Epstein's direct supervision on whether microbes could control human sexual behavior, piggybacking on USAID and DoD-funded studies of sex workers in Cameroon and military personnel in the DRC. Epstein reviewed their questionnaires and rejected them: "I read the survey, it is useless for our purpose."
- Ed Boyden. MIT pioneer of optogenetics. Attended Epstein's symposiums. Scheduled around his "NSF/DARPA meetings" when coordinating with Epstein. Member of the "secret society" with Ling and Ito.
- Neil Gershenfeld. MIT Center for Bits and Atoms. Told Epstein: "We're working with DARPA and aerospace companies on automated airframe assembly." Then organized a scientific symposium on deception at Epstein's private island.
- Seth Lloyd. MIT quantum computing. Active DARPA obligations documented in his correspondence with Epstein: "Apologies again (curse DARPA) and hoping our paths cross soon."
- Melanie Walker. Sent Epstein a draft application for a DARPA Biological Technologies Office manager position, listing research areas and adding: "Each of these as you know could translate into weapons, some more aggressive than others. Thoughts?" She later sent Epstein the DARPA organizational chart and forwarded him the formal bgc3 work plan containing the "STRAIN pandemic simulation" deliverables.
- Dan Dubno. Proposed the "Hourglass Initiative," a biosecurity NGO, directly to Epstein. The White House Science Advisor indicated DARPA was interested in the proposal. Dubno told Epstein: "I do know a few folks from DARPA and IARPA who are definitely worth meeting."
- Peter Lee. Former director of DARPA's Information Innovation Office. Described to Epstein as "the chief disruption officer at Darpa. Cool guy."
- George Whitesides. Harvard chemistry. Epstein had his complete grant funding list in his possession, documenting multiple active DARPA/ARO contracts including projects in chemical communications and optical detection systems.
- Ben Goertzel. AI researcher paid $30,000 by Epstein's Southern Trust Company for "Algorithm DNA database management." Told Epstein: "I've been applying for a bunch of DARPA and NIH grants but I don't know when/if they will come through."
- George Church. Harvard pioneer of CRISPR and synthetic biology. Proposed a $10M investment plan to Epstein covering gene editing, virus-resistant organisms, gene drives, and aging reversal. One of the largest academic DARPA grant recipients in the country through programs including Living Foundries, Safe Genes, and multiple Biological Technologies Office contracts.
And at this point, we can see that his connections do not just point to DARPA, but the Biological Technologies Office within DARPA specifically.
Now...
How might a guy with self-sufficient off-the-grid properties, a medically trained staff with sophisticated medical equipment (like a $35k blood processing lab), a trafficking network, and the ability to entice and enforce allegiance of the top scientists be an asset to DARPA's biological technologies office?? #EpsteinFiles
@JD_Cashless Also interesting that Aaron Spivack, the individual who is responsible for the Epstein files being accessible happens to be mentioned in the Yeshiva World and on a separate occasion, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency...https://t.co/h1NMbxheGx
@JD_Cashless Robert Maxwell sells compromised PROMIS software to the FBI, the next generation: Christine Maxwell (Ghislaine's sister) then sells HER software to the FBI which becomes Google for all FBI data, and then there's this 500TB remote leak where her sister's involved??
All of the LSJE phone numbers were 340-775-81XX as they were all registered with Innovative Communications bill line, so 340-775-8173 is a top contender...
