@tenacious_mumma Insomnia is just one battle we've accepted is unwinnable. Melatonin, amitriptyline, nortriptyline, zopiclone (horrendous withdrawal), temazepam, promethazine all tried over the last 3 years. Mirtazapine only one that helped but the side effects became too much. #mecfs
