i guess its more that some characters use it, and technically every single nen user can, and it was done prior to JJK, but i agree its not integral to the world/most use it (and not on the same scale), but in theory literally everyone could be stronger by doing it and it does not require any specific traits/training. TBH i agree with the general thing that JJK does it more and it gets rid of the stupid "IM YELLING MY ATTACK WHILE DOING IT" for no reason, just was more saying that "yes it exists in HxH and is used, and could be comonly used like how it is in JJK" not that its the same scale or better, and i think it makes more sense in the JJK world due to perception/understanding being a key theme behind how curses exist and such.

In hunter hunter literally during the Greed Island arc the character the Bomber, literally has to explain his powers for it to work. Also, as Kurapika puts different types of restrictions on his different abilities (it will only work on Phantom Troupe etc) it makes it stronger by limiting or making you do certain things. Definitely is a part, it is possible and used, but not widespread like essentially everyone in JJK. Still agree it is also a clever way to explain why the enemy is telling you shit lol

If the end goal is not the goal, and you care only about the process, then yes they should impeach.

If you genuinely care about democrats keeping power and showing they deserve it, and convincing the average voter, you better hope they do not impeach Trump again. Its a win win:
