Last month, we helped 640 people with 1,631 problems. Our advice enabled people to gain £670,089 income in total, 23% more than May 2025 and 42% more than April.
Our #VolunteersWeek2026#WinOfTheWeek celebrates our volunteers, three of whom helped Talia to manage her Council Tax debt and access the financial support she needs going forward. Thanks to our volunteers' dedication, she is now debt free and receiving Council Tax Support!
This #VolunteersWeek2026 we're celebrating our amazing volunteers. Last financial year, 89 people generously gave their time to help people in our community, volunteering over 3,000 days in total. Thank you so much!

One of our foodbank advisers helped Chris get over £2,400 in Discretionary Housing Payment, paid directly to his landlord to cover rent arrears, and over £1,000 in Council Tax Discretionary Relief to pay off his Council Tax arrears.
