@autonetvan I have DM’d you! You are quick to chase a missed payment but 4 months and I’m still trying to get my refund of over payment back!!! It’s not good enough!!

@autonetvan Your chat line doesn’t work, like every other department! You don’t respond to emails, Customer Service in Africa is non existent so this was the last option I had to get someone to do something!!!!

@BarclaysUKHelp after a week of being stonewalled, fobbed off and lied to I am now back in a branch trying to get mums savings paid to her! Barclays you are a disgrace!!!! You don’t even adhere to your own complaints policy!😡

@BarclaysUKHelp my 80 year old mother has been trying for 15 months to have her savings returned to her from a dormant account that you confirmed on the 16/02/2021. You requested her bank account details but you have failed to refund the money. Disgusting customer service!!!
