Cool. So it costs $800k minimum/unit to build a 2br apartment in NY metro area. And it costs about $400k to renovate a typical existing NYCHA unit. So now that we know the costs, what do you think would be a fair rent to pay for the people living in either unit? Please also factor in heat, water, insurance, super salary, repairs, cleaning, garbage removal and taxes. What’s the fair rent price?
