When the hashbrowns are the most exciting part of the meal, the mark has been missed. Hollandaise was more like banana pudding than anything. English muffin was cold and not well toasted. I can make a better EB at home. Carry on.

This is the real deal. Excellent flavor, tender CB, a tasteful amount of sauerkraut. This thing came out HOT. Not one bite wasted. Tulsa may be the Reuben capital of the Great Plains.
