@Eccle80 @lufthansa Hi @eccle80, did you eventually reverted a refund of the tax? I have exactly the same situation and am yet to even receive a proper acknowledgement from @Lufthansa. Their customer 'service' has been absolutely dire. Have sent a number of emails and they seem to have no clue.

@qrsupport Hi there, I've raised two separate tickets via your support site. I did get a reply to one of these tickets to say that if I want a refund then I need to call Qatar Airways. I've subsequently noticed that you are now arranging refunds via DM. I'd rather do it this way.
