A couple of weeks ago, I was drafted in to help organise a "Passport Intervention excercise " to get 1000 Nigerians in for Biometrics Capture in Manchester. I spent hours getting people registered for the event and booked up over 900 places, 175 a day.

Imagine the horror of people turning up but not being seen
The clever people of the Immigration Section only turned up in Manchester with just 1 machine!!!! On the 1st day, only 96 out of 175 applicants were seen.

I received several calls and messages from various senior officials from Sterling Bank Plc and they all offered profuse apologies for my experience with a promise to review their operational procedures. The issue that's taken 4 weeks to resolve has also been cleared.
