@BielBienne_off Merci pour votre réponse, je salue transparence/efforts. Tout en vous accordant qu'il est clairement indiqué d'affranchir, chaque voix compte même si ce n'est que quelques unes (soit donc *que* quelques francs) ; dommage qu'une éventuelle omission du votant le mette de coté ainsi

@yrochat @BielBienne_off @postesuisse merci! On les a déjà envoyé par correspondance *affranchis* ;), quelque chose que l'on a vu au dernier moment justement et que l'on a relevé dans une discussion familiale. Les réponses étaient variées de "euh oui, il me semble", "évidemment" etc.

@yrochat @BielBienne_off @postesuisse Il semblerait que la @postesuisse a le mandat de délivrer les bulletins et que c'est à la commune de décider si elle paie ou non. Si @BielBienne_off ne paie pas, la Poste détruit ces bulletins, car elle ne peut pas les ouvrir pour connaître l'expéditeur.
