@CFC_Peeps I'm irrationally optimistic about the future. Alonso comes in with more clout than previous hires. He will already have decided who he wants to keep, and handed over players he wants to recruit. No European football and Palmer/Colwill/Pedro resting this summer are all positives.

I'm sure Alonso has already decided who stays/goes, and has handed in his shopping list. 7-8 out, and the 3-4 in will all be in the starting Xl.
