@dekker Do we have the worst LOS on both sides of the ball in the NFL ?

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@dekker Same as last year. 1st half team.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@dekker Just got his mind blown.

@AdamSchefter Hamm’s Beers 🍻

@JustusCleveland I’ll be watching on 8.2 for today anyway. They are turning fans off when they should be doing the opposite.

Shane Battier shares a must-listen on what it really means to be a champion, how to be a great teammate, and how to make an impact.

"The sign says, 'Champions are made when no one is looking.' I sorta laugh at that sign because there is no better sign to sum up my career than that. I lived that literally."

Here's why:
"My last few years in the NBA, I was first or last, depending on how you look at it - in a stat called time per possession...I was the NBA's version of hot potato."

Then he did the math:
"I found out that 98% of the time I was on the court, I didn't touch the ball. Only 2% of the time I actually physically touched it."

"Most people watch the player with the ball or guarding the ball. So literally, when I say 'champions are made when no one's watching' - no one is watching me for 98% of the time."

"But yet I was an integral part of my team. I was an integral piece in my coach's sweat when I didn't play."

How did he do it?
"I always looked at ways to impact the game. Boxing out. Taking charges. Sexy plays like running back on defense. All of these made up my 98% of time spent away from the ball."

98% invisible, but 100% essential.

You don't have to score to make an impact on the game.

The best teammates own their role. They are willing to put the team first over individual glory.

@gnuman1979 Mine cramped occasionally for years. Been on magnesium haven’t had one since.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@dekker Pack were outscored 62 - 23 in 2nd of 3 Chi games. Combination of young roster thinking games are over and coaching adjustments.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@Patrick_Reusse He would have been injured by now.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@AnnieAgar Can we trade Valentine at halftime ? Worst tackler in history of NFL and then that.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@JimPolzinWSJ Happy for you Jim. You haven’t had a lot of positive things to write about this team the last couple of years. Hopefully this is the start of things to come for the program.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@Nine2Noon @kuhnj30 @Brandon_Sneide What’s up with Gary ? Last 3 games 10 tackles 3 solo no TFLs no sacks no QB hits Our D line is very avg. Can’t stop run and limited pressure

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@Brian_Butch All the years we wished for a defense to compliment the offense. 🤷
Tired of LaFleur’s blah, blah, we’ve got to fix it , week after week.
When is Reed coming back ? That’s only thing that will save the offense.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@dekker The WR’s can’t block the WR screen but he won’t quit calling it 5X a game. Going to be a pick 6 one of these games.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@dekker Playing for another tie ? 😂

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@Patrick_Reusse Jay’s Varsho is from Marshfield, Wi. Dodgers Call is from River Falls, Wi Go Jays !

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@Patrick_Reusse Love it. Kind of reminds me of Ozark with a little Better Call Saul added in.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@BigFire8 @dekker They have to trade for a CB. Valentine is worse. How he made the team after last year is still a head scratcher .

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@dekker Situational FB is where he lacks awareness. 2 x now he slid short of 1st down. Takes sacks instead of throwing it away. And of course almost running the clock out vs Dallas.

[Barry @Barry01548357]

@JimPolzinWSJ Replaying every questionable contact in college bb is ruining the sport. If it’s clearly intentional watching it live then call it.
