An alternative take of the debriefing scene from TND. The deleted scene here is pretty funny because everyone is drinking in the car as they drive through London and Brosnan almost spills his bourbon at 00.19 🍹🚓🤣
What's your best guess as to how they'll bring Bond back from the dead?
Go retro: remake all the Bonds from Dr No onwards
Go retcon #1: Bond is only a codename, new recruit into MI6 and identity change
Go retcon #2: events of NTTD all a dream, starts with Bond in the shower

@Iwasjustkiddin2 Yeah, I always found the villains in Octopussy kind of underwhelming. It seems a bit strange to have Orlov as the mastermind behind the plan to provoke a war with NATO only to die 30mins before the film ends making the rest of the film a clean-up operation.
@Tuftybeat Yeah, pretty much agree. I don't know if you've ever read the novels but they tend to be more straightforward by comparison. The screenwriters always seemed to add extra material, sometimes unnecessarily imo.
What do you think is the most underrated #Bond film of all time? For me, it's The Man With The Golden Gun which was universally disliked by audiences and critics alike back in 1974.

@markgibson777 I was pretty excited that they were bringing Spectre back after its long absence and thought Waltz was a great choice for Blofeld. Then it came out. I didn't hate the film but thought it took a few wrong turns
