@HomeDepot To be crystal clear:
I have legitimate gift cards.
They were successfully charged on Oct 17.
The order was voided by THEIR system.
The $5,000 vanished from my cards.
I just want the appliances I paid for. (27/28)
And this is the pattern. NO ONE at @HomeDepot is empowered to just SOLVE the problem.
Not the reps, not the managers, not "Sarah" on DM, and clearly not "Executive Escalations." Everyone agrees my request is reasonable, but their incentive is to pass the buck. (26/28)
