Asari Dokubo, Olu of Warri, Osahon Okunbo, Tantita and the N2.7 trillion pipeline security contract - The truth that I know

That Nigerians today know about pipeline security contract real sum is SOLELY because of me. I refuse to be modest about it.

Nigerians including Asari Dokubo ALL believed the real amount of the pipeline contract was N48 billion. It was widely published by all the newspapers as that amount.

It’s this belief that the money is just N48 billion paid in a year to Tompolo through his Tantita’s company to guide the pipeline that made Asari Dokubo not to have interest, cus he felt it was too small. He never knew the current amount and didn’t EVER know that PINL was also involved in the contract.

I EXCLUSIVELY got the contract documents was signed and the full amount paid to FOUR companies, namely Tantita for the Western Corridors, Maton Engineering for the Eastern corridors and PINL for the Eastern corridors. It was the amount that shocked me which made me go public with the famous ‘Guard your pipeline and I guard my pipeline’ that held the nation down for three months and the National Assembly for the first time convene a live session to hear the issue.

It was my expose that Tantita was getting N2.1 trillion that made Asari Dokubo and Nigerians to know the true sum and not the N48 billion. The revelation shocked him and the nation especially Niger Deltans. That was the moment Asari decided to get involved and began to fight for the contract too.

In the document I have, which no one else has apart from Senator Jarigbe that I gave it to, PINL that is controlled by Osahon Okunbo through PINL do not collect any N2.7 trillion and I challenge anyone to counter it with facts and documents. Quote me.

The Olu of Warri and Osahon who are in charge of the Eastern corridor according to Asari Dokubo before now have performed better than any other contractors in the region. I have my issue with Tantita and Maton Engineering but I have weighed every option and refuse to allow the contract leave the region to another.

PINL collects less than N1 trillion annually and has over hundred subcontractors with them that shares the money. Tantita that collects N2.1 trillion has other subcontractors that shares the money with them and while I hate the fact that they now share the money meant for the region to Northerners in the name of PBAT door to door campaign, I stand to insist that the contract remains but spread round within the Niger Delta.

Asari Dokubo cannot throw a figure he got from me publicly and endanger the life of Osahon Okunbo with lies of N2.7 trillion. If Osahon and Olu of Warri see N2.7 trillion for pipeline surveillance, the entire Edo State and Itsekiri will be painted Tinubu the way Tantita is painting Tinubu all over the North.

And by the way, are Nigerians aware that there is a company owned by Peter Black from Edo state that does nothing but acts as supervisor collecting N100 billion yearly from the same pipeline surveillance? I will discuss this in subsequent series.

I will keep setting the record straight so that no one will hijack a fight I started with lies.
