@kingdakongkid @yuel64 @ABCommunist CP don't service every location either. They'll get it approximately in the vicinity of, then it's on the individual. Privatize it, and you choose to live in certain locations, you pay more. Parking at a hospital is (almost) exclusively private entities. 🤷‍♂️
