Love this. One of my favorite concepts that I got from @ABCA1945 HOF Coach Brian Shoop…..is to have the 1B throw it back to the Infielder. Forcing the INF to keep his momentum going.

• Fielders have to throw to each base in the sequence as fast as they can.

⭐️ Throws from the outfield should be firm & on a line. “One hop or no hop.”
