@MikeVassallo13 Why were his teammates so extra excited after his home run last night? I know it was a huge homer but it still seemed… extra. Both the bullpen and in the dugout, and he himself had a huge grin.
@GyattBangford11@JonHeyman@BNightengale His overall offensive profile in AA last year was slightly above average. It’s a tough league to hit. Factor in his age (he was very young for the league), and that makes it actually a pretty impressive offensive season. THEN factor in his def, and you can see why he got $50m
@8bitsteveo @REXShares The primary investment strategies are to seek income and gain exposure to the share price of the held equities. Unlike FEPI/AIPI/CEPI, there is no primary strategy of capital appreciation. That isn’t to say your equity can’t grow, but they aren’t specifically trying to.
@bachlaw Freddy will make about half of what Burnes made in his final year of control. Freddy is coming off his best season. Burnes was coming off his worst season as a full time starter. The Brewers relationship w/ Burnes was strained due to arbitration process. Apples and oranges.
@CyrtHogg Anderson’s GB rate this year is barely better than Myers (and Myers last year had a way better GB rate than Anderson). And Myers was cruising. Don’t even need hindsight to know this was a wrong move.
@jaysonst@Ken_Rosenthal You have three Brewers mentioned in the NL ROY section (Miz, Patrick, and Durbin) but didn’t mention the actual best Brewers rookie so far this year, Isaac Collins. 🧐
@Mulder14Scott@Bryce123317@jajareetz This isn’t accurate. Rhys essentially signed a 2-year deal with an opt out after year 1. It’s Rhys’s decision whether to be a Brewer or not next year. I expect he is, because he sucked this year and won’t make as much money as a FA. There is a also mutual option for year 3.
