Effective today, we are:
1) Doubling Claude Code’s 5-hour rate limits for Pro, Max, and Team plans;
2) Removing the peak hours limit reduction on Claude Code for Pro and Max plans; and
3) Substantially raising our API rate limits for Opus models.
College CS senior here (I hear the job market is doing well btw), in my experience there are 3 buckets:
1) "Use AI like your family is being held hostage and the only way to free them is by consuming $250k worth of tokens"
2) "If you even start typing the letter c (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot) into your browser I will personally put you on the FBIs most wanted list"
3) Then there are the giga-chads that still do literally everything on pen and paper so they couldn't care less
And honestly, I haven't really come across anyone in the middle ground
