-Making a declarative observation re 0.1 difference in net rating 20 games in is crazy
-The East is not very good this year. Raps are sailing after 10 of 11 vs the East (and 1 game vs Memphis).

But then Embid got injured and they overachieved by sweeping Cleveland.

Some of it was also some key 'leaders' on the team before / that got Pascal got labled in a weird way to the exec

Quick Masai story.
Back in 2015, went to a Raptors game with our great friend Jonathan Pitre (The Butterfly Child). Sent a note to Masai, just to see if maybe Jonny could meet a player or get an autograph after the game. Masai said "Meet me down by where the players come out before the game." He then proceeded to push Jonny's wheelchair out to centre court, and in front of a packed house, let J present an All-Star jersey to Kyle Lowry who had just been named to the team. Class.
