Don’t waste your time or money on @AAA Roadside assistance. It won’t matter if it is your car, you must physically be there. There is no way around it. So I can get your car towed if I am with you but not my own if I am not! So insane. Never used. Gave away free $! #AAA #trash

Dissatisfied w/ @AAA. Son is stranded at 2 AM. I’m out of state, and b/c his twin’s name is listed, #AAA refused to help w/o named twin there. Not my understanding when adding household. Asked 4 nearly $100 more to add him at 2AM! What exactly am I paying 4 #AAA ? #angry
