Saw somewhere about Calisthenics easy to hard. They should handstand is easier than muscle up.
Bitch please. I bet i can get a muscle up done 2 days if not right now. Only need to work on pullups and dips.

So…. I’m at 8 slow controlled pull ups now even though my weight has increased by 2 kgs.
I can feel getting stronger in this movement.

Hopefully, can get to 12 or 15 by the end of this year.

If I were to be a teacher especially upto the middle school level -
I would flip the script. Instead of the teacher always asking questions. I would ask each student to bring a question on any topic, any subject on regular basis. Things that always irked their little minds.
