You can throw dog poop at people in GTA 6.

Not joking. According to @TGGonYT, if an NPC is walking their dog and it poops, you can wait for them to pick it up, punch them so that they drop the bag, and grab it off the floor for yourself, allowing you to then throw it at NPC’s.

What the hell is this game man LMAO. This level of interactivity is absurd. It reminds me of how you could pick up objects GTA 4, only much more versatile.
