This story about how Kat managed to get into Military Shape for Air Force One in just three weeks was the best story of 2024. Now, Kat is no stranger to working out as she was a workout warrior in Shadowhunters, but for her to get into Military Shape in this short amount of time was another level of greatness. She managed to conduct her own training schedule routine to help become that Marine and also become physically ready to do all the stunts and fights in Air Force One. When I read it, I was still stunned and astonished at how Kat was never physically tired during that three weeks. She is one of the best at taking really great care of her body ❤️
