@VueHelp I am logged out and unable to log into myvue account, I'm trying to refund tickets and I'd rather not have to go and do this in person, frankly if the myvue account is unusable to the point this is my 2nd account made to try and fix it then what is the point of having 1?

My god. He tried his best to get an ambulance, repeatedly calling 999 to report mum was having trouble breathing. His final call is to tell the call-handler it was too late. This is appalling. My heart goes out to this poor family. She was 56. How could this happen?
