NERD NOW APPEARS ON NYSC DASHBOARD
Dear Prospective Corps Members (PCMs),
Reports indicate that NERD has now been programmed into the NYSC dashboard. Kindly log in to your portal and confirm your status.
As previously announced, NERD is now required for mobilization. This further shows that NYSC is taking the directive seriously.
If you are yet to complete your NERD process and you're preparing for camp activities, ensure you make the necessary arrangements early.

*The current Batch A Stream II, 2026 orientation camp will conclude on Tuesday, with a passing-out parade.*
Upon completion, those assigned to serve within the state will receive their posting letters (Primary Place of Assignment, or PPA). For those who applied for relocation, the status of their application will also be available to check.
If your relocation request was not approved, please ensure to collect your posting letter, report to your designated PPA, and then you may proceed with alternative arrangements. It is important to report to your PPA before considering other options.

AIR FORCE HOSPITAL REAFFIRMS SUPPORT FOR NYSC, DONATES CASH AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES IN JOS
The Commander of the 563 Nigerian Air Force Hospital, Jos, has reaffirmed the hospital’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and promoting the welfare of Corps Members.
The assurance was given by the Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Air Commodore V. O. Ezeanyagu, during a courtesy visit to the NYSC Plateau State Coordinator, Mr. Jonathan Iliya Yavala, at the NYSC Temporary Orientation Camp, Jos.
Speaking during the visit, Ezeanyagu described the hospital as a health facility for all Corps Members, assuring that it remains open and responsive to their healthcare needs irrespective of their Places of Primary Assignment. He added that the hospital is accredited by the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), enabling it to provide accessible and quality medical services to Corps Members.
As part of its support, the Commander donated ₦400,000 to Corps Members of the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream II currently undergoing the Orientation Course. He also presented medical supplies to complement the stock at the Camp Clinic.
In his response, the Plateau State Coordinator, Mr. Yavala, expressed appreciation for the gesture, noting that the donation reflects the hospital’s commitment to the well-being of Corps Members and the success of the Orientation Programme.
The visit featured the presentation of the donated items and a group photograpy.
