@BlackRock has filed an amended S-1 for the iShares Staked Ethereum Trust (ticker: $ETHB), revealing investors will receive 82% of staking rewards.

The remaining 18% is split between BlackRock and @coinbase, which serves as the staking execution agent.

Between 70-95% of the fund's $ETH will be actively staked, with estimated yields of around 3% annually.
