Two fires caused by batteries or electrical items have recently occurred on waste collection trucks in Hart One major blaze led to over three tonnes of waste being dumped onto the road (pictured); another was caused by a crushed laptop battery. Thankfully, no one was injured.

We've had to switch off the lights at the Winklebury multi-use games area while we fix some damaged cables.

To keep people safe, the power supply has been temporarily switched off and this also affects the streetlights close to the playground beside the games area.
