Paying women less for the same work is not only an economic injustice — it is a violation of human dignity and a betrayal of the principles that hold communities together.Fairness is not optional; it is a moral responsibility. When a woman gives her time, her skill, her intelligence, and her strength, her effort deserves full respect and full reward.
A just society is one where no talent is ignored, no contribution is undervalued, and no woman is told — directly or indirectly — that her work means less. True empowerment begins when justice becomes the standard, not the exception. Let us build a world where equality is not merely spoken, but lived.
