A few months ago, a global community of over 1,900 people from 100+ countries made a decision — not just to talk about effective altruism, but to act on it.

Hundreds of ETH were collectively donated into the EA ecosystem, following the very principles that have been widely advocated.

Recently, @VitalikButerin shared that he personally sent another 64 ETH to the Animal Welfare Fund under EA, encouraging more people to support non-human life and reduce suffering at scale.

We agree with that vision. That’s exactly why this community stepped forward in the first place.

But here is where the reality becomes difficult to ignore:

After the funds were sent, there has been no clear communication regarding allocation, no meaningful updates, and no response despite repeated attempts to reach out.

At the same time, there has been no visible acknowledgment from @VitalikButerin — not even a simple interaction with the community’s efforts.

This is not about asking for special treatment.
It is about a very basic question:

When people act on the values you promote — committing real resources, real trust — shouldn’t that action at least be acknowledged?

Effective altruism should not end at encouraging donations.
It must also include transparency, accountability, and communication.

The community is still here.
Still gathering information.
Still trying to understand how the system operates.
Still hoping for clarity.

But trust, once given, cannot remain unanswered forever.

This is not an attack.
It is a sincere and necessary question:

When people follow your call and take real action —
will you turn back and see them?

This wasn’t just a random dog meme that needed a narrative attached to it , the narrative already existed.

$ASTEROID helped shine a spotlight on Rebecca and Liv.

$SUKI is the Shiba Inu from that very same family, making the connection part of an established story rather than something created after the fact.

Most meme coins are just memes. $SUKI has something much rarer: a real story with historical significance.

For those who don't know, Suki (Tsuki) was the Shiba Inu owned by Liv Perrotto. Liv sadly passed away from cancer, but before she died she asked Elon Musk if her plush toy "Asteroid" could become the SpaceX mascot. Elon agreed.

Today, Asteroid is officially part of the SpaceX story. The mascot has appeared in SpaceX facilities and merchandise, and Asteroid is now sold through official SpaceX channels. Liv's legacy is literally connected to one of the most important companies of our generation.

Why does this matter for $SUKI?

Because Suki was Liv's dog. Rebecca, Liv's mother, confirmed that her Shiba Inu was named Suki (Tsuki). This token is built around that real piece of history.

Look at how meme coin history has evolved:

• DOGE came from Kabosu, a real Shiba Inu.
• SHIB became one of the largest meme coins in crypto despite having no direct connection to the original Doge family.
• Kabosu's owner also had Neiro and Cocoro, which later became meme narratives of their own.

The market has repeatedly shown that authentic stories around real dogs create some of the strongest and most enduring meme communities.

What's interesting is that Liv herself got her Shiba Inu because of Floki, another iconic meme dog story. Crypto, Elon, SpaceX, Floki, Doge, Shiba Inu culture—these threads all connect back to Liv and Suki in a way that very few projects can claim.

SpaceX isn't disappearing tomorrow. Asteroid isn't disappearing tomorrow. Liv's story isn't disappearing tomorrow.

As long as people remember the SpaceX mascot and the legacy behind it, the story of Suki remains part of that history.

That's what makes $SUKI different. It's not just another dog coin. It's a real character connected to a real story that is already embedded in SpaceX history.
