Today we're sharing a challenging yet exciting project, @Stantec Ottawa office! The project was executed during the pandemic, presenting unique challenges but our team overcame by taking advantages of empty offices to successfully complete the office-fit up.
Working towards the opening date, this project, The Future Learning Lab at Carleton University, consisted of selective demolition and construction of 3 new Universal washrooms for accessibility, new electrical power plan and lighting plan, HVAC work, Paint and Acoustic panels.
Our recent project, the Future Learning Lab at #carletonuniversity came along nicely in just 6 months and added many new spaces to incentivize student-centered ways of teaching and innovation.
It's always proud to help educate and empower the next generation of leaders!
Valentine's Day is a time to celebrate! The Bassi team joins in the greetings and wishes everyone to meet this day with loved ones (series and books are also loved ones)! And this is also the time to think about your plans for the future and a home for you and your loved one!

Geoff was born and raised in Ottawa and joined Bassi approximately two years ago following 27 years as owner of an HVAC company
He is also a volunteer for the emergency communication amateur radio, which assists in locating lost people in areas of Gatineau Park or Ottawa Valley
